Information we receive
Kryvex Studio may receive contact details, project descriptions, files and other information you choose to provide through email, WhatsApp or agreed project tools.
How information is used
Information is used to review enquiries, prepare scope and proposals, communicate during production, deliver agreed work, maintain records and meet legal or security responsibilities.
AI-assisted tools
Standard projects may use AI-assisted tools. Confidentiality, compliance or AI-restriction requirements must be disclosed before production so a suitable workflow can be agreed.
Third-party services
Communication, hosting, analytics, payment, cloud and production tools may have their own privacy terms. Kryvex Studio does not sell personal information.
Data minimization
Do not send passwords, private keys, regulated records or unnecessary sensitive information through the public contact form. Secure access methods should be agreed during a project.
