Terms of Service
General website and project principles for working with Kryvex Studio. Last updated July 2026.
Project formation
A project begins only after written scope, pricing, payment terms, responsibilities and acceptance criteria are agreed.
Payments
Custom work may use milestone payments. Final files, deployment or ownership transfer may be withheld until required payments are complete.
Changes and revisions
Requests outside the approved scope may require a change quotation, revised timeline or separate project.
AI-assisted production
AI-assisted tools are permitted in standard projects. A fully AI-restricted workflow must be agreed in writing before pricing and production.
Client responsibilities
The client is responsible for timely feedback, accurate supplied content, legal rights to supplied materials and qualified review of regulated claims.
Ownership and licences
Approved custom deliverables transfer as stated in the project agreement after full payment. Third-party licences, stock assets, open-source components and reusable Kryvex Studio systems remain subject to their own terms.
Quality and support
Kryvex Studio pursues production-ready quality through planning, review, testing and refinement. No permanent zero-error guarantee is made across all future devices, browsers or third-party changes. Included support must be stated in the proposal.
Cancellation and liability
Cancellation, refund eligibility, limitation of liability, dispute handling and governing jurisdiction must be defined in the signed project agreement. This website summary is not a replacement for a project-specific contract.
